Job summary

Excelsia Injury Care is seeking a patient-focused Medical Assistant/ PT support to join our team. You will assist with pre/post care, document procedures, and help maintain smooth clinical operations.

Responsibilities include vital signs, basic therapy modalities, and ensuring clean, organized treatment spaces while collaborating with physicians and staff to support high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State certification process within one year of employment.
• CPR/First Aid certification required and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients pre and post care and document progress notes.
• Take vital signs and support D.C. in physical therapy modalities.
• Maintain exam and treatment room cleanliness and inventory.
• Aid in general office operations including filing, charts, and phones.
• Travel to other locations to ensure coverage and quality care.
• Support bilingual Spanish/English communication when needed.
