Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients pre and post care by the D.C.
• Take vital signs of patients and document findings.
• Perform physical therapy modalities as directed by the D.C.
• Document modalities and patient comments accurately in progress notes.
• Maintain cleanliness of exam and treatment rooms at all times.
• Monitor controls on physical therapy equipment.
