Job summary

Excelsia Injury Care seeks a detail‑oriented Chiropractic Assistant to support clinicians across multiple locations in Utah. You will coordinate patient intake, prepare charts, assist with exams, and maintain clean, organized reception and treatment areas.

The role requires Spanish language proficiency, CPR/First Aid certification, and at least 1 year in an office setting supporting physical therapy or chiropractic care. Occasional travel to other locations may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Spanish is a must for this role.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification required and must be maintained.
• 1 year of experience in an office providing physical therapy and/or chiropractic care preferred.
• Strong patient management, tact and communication skills required.
• Ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients pre and post care by the D.C.
• Take vital signs of patients.
• Perform physical therapy modalities as directed by the D.C.
• Document modalities performed and patient comments in progress notes.
• Maintain cleanliness of exam and treatment rooms.
• Monitor physical therapy equipment controls.
• Launder towels and related items; manage inventory.
• Assist in general office operations including filing, chart prep, answering phones, patient registration, posting charges, scanning.
