Job summary

Toast is seeking a fully remote bilingual Mandarin Account Executive to drive new customer growth with Mandarin-speaking restaurateurs. You will engage via calls, demos, and closing contracts in the customer's language, while collaborating with internal teams in English.

This role requires residence within the PST time zone and offers a base salary with commission. You will conduct discovery calls, tailor quotes and contracts in Mandarin, and ensure a smooth handoff to onboarding.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin is required.
• 1+ years of experience in a sourcing or closing sales role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer's preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in Mandarin and English.
• Coordinate with onboarding to set customers up for success post sale.
• Understand competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
