Job summary

Toast is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow its Mandarin portfolio from a home-based setup. This fully remote role requires PST-time-zone alignment and bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English.

You will drive new customer growth through calls, demos, and contract closures in the client’s language. You will lead discovery calls, prepare quotes, and coordinate with onboarding to ensure post-sale success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a sales role (sourcing or closing) or related field, including restaurant ops.
• Strong communication, organization, and presentation skills; able to sell/negotiate with decision-makers.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently in a bilingual, entrepreneurial setting.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos in the customer’s preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language.
• Ensure onboarding relies on successful handoffs between sales and customer success teams.
• Understand competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
