Job summary

Toast is seeking a fully remote Mandarin-speaking Inside Sales Executive to grow its restaurant platform from a home office. You will handle inbound demand, conduct discovery calls, and present Toast’s end-to-end solution in Mandarin and English.

You will create quotes and contracts in the language of the customer, collaborate with the onboarding team after close, and stay sharp on market competitors to position Toast effectively.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Mandarin required (oral and written).
• 1+ year in a sourcing or closing sales role, restaurant operations, or related field.
• Experience conducting product demos and creating quotes or contracts in Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in Mandarin.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in Mandarin.
• Coordinate with onboarding to ensure post-sale success.
