Job summary

Toast is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow Toast’s presence within Mandarin cuisine restaurants. This is a fully remote role based in a personal home office, and you must live within the PST time zone.

You will use a consultative sales approach to convert inbound demand, generate new opportunities, and build trusted relationships with restaurateurs. Your Mandarin and English skills will be used daily to communicate with customers in Mandarin and to coordinate with Toast

Qualifications

• Bilingual Mandarin-English in sales context.
• 1+ years in sourcing or closing sales or related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls & product demonstrations in Mandarin/English.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s language.
• Coordinate onboarding to set up for success post sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
