Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Psychology, or an equivalent degree.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.
• Minimum two years of related experience with victims, trauma-informed programming, or immigrants/foreign-born individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with needs, requests, and complaints from detained noncitizens.
• Assist with parent/child communication and child welfare involvement.
• Coordinate disability accommodations and liaise with detention facilities for follow-ups.
• Ensure adherence to agency policies and detention standards; communicate with detained noncitizens.
