Job summary

Lukos LLC. is seeking a Custody and Resource Coordinator to support ICE detention facilities and ERO offices. You will assist detained individuals with needs, coordinate services, and help ensure safety and compliance with detention standards.

Responsibilities include intake orientation, language interpretation, crisis support, and building a national resource database to aid release and removal planning for vulnerable detainees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Social Work or Psychology.
• Two years of related experience in case management, trauma-informed services, or working with immigrants.
• Experience with victims or in confinement/custodial settings.
• Two years serving vulnerable populations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and oral).

Responsibilities

• Assist detained noncitizens with requests and complaints using ICE forms.
• Support ERO and detention staff on child welfare and parent/child communications.
• Coordinate disability accommodations with facilities and ERO HQ.
• Facilitate adherence to detention standards and communicate with detainees.
• Provide language interpretation for facility staff and detainees.
• Develop and maintain a national resource database for release and removal.
• Meet with newly detained individuals to orient them to CRC services.
• Assist with housing units and specialized programs for vulnerable populations.
