Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Psychology, or an equivalent degree.
Master’s degree or equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.

Responsibilities

Assist detainees with needs, requests, and complaints related to non-officer or immigration case issues.
Support ERO staff with parent/child communication and child welfare involvement.
Provide language interpretation for facility and ERO staff.
Develop and maintain a national resource database to facilitate release/removal.
Meet with newly detained individuals to answer questions and orient them to CRC services.
Coordinate disability accommodations and ensure compliance with detention standards.
