Lukos LLC. is seeking a Custody and Resource Coordinator to assist ICE detention staff in maintaining a safe environment and delivering supportive services to detainees.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, crisis awareness, and cross-functional collaboration with ERO offices and detention facilities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in social work or psychology, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience in case management and vulnerable populations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Social work or Psychology or equivalent
• Master’s degree preferred but not required
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral

Responsabilités

• Assist detained noncitizens with needs, requests and complaints.
• Support ERO staff with parent/child communication and child welfare matters.
• Coordinate disability accommodations with detention facilities and HQ.
• Advise on agency policies and detention standards; communicate with detainees directly.
• Provide noncitizen referrals for health, legal and social services.
• Conduct wellness checks for vulnerable individuals and follow up as needed.
