Lukos is seeking a Custody and Resource Coordinator (CRC) to assist ERO Field Office staff and detention facilities in maintaining a safe environment. The CRC will support ICE detainees on issues affecting the detained population, including victims, trauma, abuse, and health care; duties span multiple ICE locations.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, relevant case management experience, and the ability to coordinate services for vulnerable detainees.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's in Social Work or Psychology; equivalent degree accepted.
• Master's degree preferred but not required; fluent in English & Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Assist detained noncitizens with ICE-related requests and complaints.
• Support communication between detainees and staff on family/child welfare.
• Coordinate disability accommodations with detention facilities.
• Facilitate discussions on abuse, pregnancy monitoring, and care resources.
• Provide referrals for medical, mental health, chaplain, and other services.
• Conduct wellness checks and follow-ups for vulnerable individuals.
• Meet newly detained individuals to orient them to CRC services.
• Assist specialized housing units and programs for vulnerable populations.
• Provide language interpretation for facility staff.
