Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to carry the relationship forward after a sale and enable the first interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's payroll and HR solutions.

You will build relationships, implement ADP technologies, analyze client needs, and guide clients to the best solution. Our top-ranked training will help you succeed in a metrics-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Basic project management skills.
• Willing to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to deliver ADP solutions.
• Collaborate with ADP sales and customer service and coordinate with the client project team.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and share essential information with clients and ADP teams.
• Organize daily schedule to handle a high volume of inbound calls, with peak-season adjustments.
