Job summary

You will work with clients across geographies and industries, ensuring smooth onboarding, clear communication, and a metrics-driven approach to daily activities, with top‑notch training to support your success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Experience with project coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients. Create onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP Technologies. Analyze client systems and deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Partner Internally. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams on client projects.
• Multi-Task - Communicate. Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and share updates with clients.
• Organize. Adhere to daily schedules and handle high inbound call volume.
