Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to carry the relationship forward after a sale and enable the first interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's payroll and HR solutions. You will build relationships with clients and seamlessly implement ADP's technologies to ensure long-term success.

Your work directly impacts clients' day-to-day lives, from paychecks to health benefits and beyond.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree not required.
• Basic project management skills.
• Ability to work overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients. Create onboarding experiences and help clients gain confidence using our products.
• Implement ADP Technologies. Analyze client systems and business processes to deliver ADP solutions.
• Partner Internally. Collaborate with sales and customer service and update the client project team.
• Multi-Task - Communicate. Manage multiple time‑sensitive items and share updates with clients and teams.
• Organize. Maintain a daily schedule and handle high inbound call volumes.
