Job summary

ADP is hiring Implementation Specialists for client onboarding. This hybrid role combines 3 days in the office with 2 days working from home each week.

You will be the first point of contact for small business clients, ensuring smooth onboarding of ADP payroll and HR solutions and setting them up for long‑term success. You will mainly handle inbound calls from a queue, follow up on open items, and adapt to diverse client needs across geographies and industries.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we will train you.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP technologies by analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
