Job summary

ADP seeks a Client Onboarding Specialist to drive the initial adoption of our payroll and HR solutions for mid-sized business clients. You will build relationships, guide clients through product implementations, and ensure successful use of ADP technologies to support payroll, benefits, and HR workflows.

You will engage with clients over the phone and in writing, translate business needs into actionable configurations, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Basic project management skills helpful.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Consult with clients to analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes to deliver ADP solutions.
• Partner with ADP sales and customer service teams to share priorities, timelines, and issues as they arise.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and communicate essential information to clients and internal teams.
• Stay organized with a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls, especially during peak periods.
