Job summary

ADP is hiring a Client Onboarding Specialist to onboard clients and create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.

You will implement ADP technologies, analyze existing systems and processes, and collaborate with sales, customer service, and client project teams to ensure a smooth transition.

You will manage multiple time-sensitive follow-ups and maintain clear communication with clients as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Availability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and create onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP technologies by analyzing existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, and incorporating new processes, tools, and approaches.
• Partner with internal teams, interacting and collaborating with associates in sales and customer service while exchanging routine information with client project team members.
• Multi-task and communicate, working on multiple time-sensitive follow-ups and projects simultaneously and sharing essential information with clients and internal teams.
• Adhere to a daily schedule to manage a high volume of inbound calls, with increased phone time during peak seasons such as year-end close.
