Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Basic project management skills desirable.
• Overtime hours during peak seasons may be required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients. Create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP Technologies. Consult with clients to analyze systems and processes to deliver ADP solutions.
• Partner Internally. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams and communicate priorities and issues to the client project team.
• Multi-Task - Communicate. Manage multiple time-sensitive projects and share essential information with clients and ADP teams.
• Organize. Maintain a daily schedule and handle a high volume of inbound calls, with peak-season intensification.
