Job summary

ADP is seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to carry the relationship forward after a sale and enable the first interaction between mid-sized business clients and ADP's payroll and HR solutions.

You will build relationships with clients, guide them through implementing ADP's technologies, and ensure long-term success, from paychecks to benefits, by delivering a smooth onboarding experience and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Basic project management skills required.
• Ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients. Create exceptional onboarding experiences for each product or service implementation.
• Implement ADP Technologies by analyzing client systems, interfaces, and processes to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Partner internally with sales and customer service teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Multi-Task and communicate effectively across time-sensitive projects and teams.
• Organize a high-volume inbound call load with a structured daily schedule.
