Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a Bell Desk/Porter to assist guests with luggage, escorting them to rooms, and guiding them to their vehicles and event venues. You will help with arrivals and departures for groups and provide information on hotel services and local attractions.

The role requires strong English communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs. Native American Preference in hiring applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience as a hotel Bell Person/Doorperson or one year of experience in a hotel guest services position.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests and their luggage to and from hotel rooms, vehicles, and events.
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage from vehicles and transporting it to rooms.
• Store and retrieve guests' luggage and belongings at the Bell Desk.
• Inform guests about hotel services and local attractions.
