Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a courteous Host/Guest Services professional to manage reservations, greet guests, and seat parties while maintaining high service standards. You will also coordinate with sales and catering for large groups, answer inquiries, and support events throughout the shift.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. Prior guest service experience is essential.

• Previous guest service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Makes reservations via NightPro and Open Table systems.
• Coordinates all guest seating in line with front of house operations.
• Observes tables for clean/dirty/occupied status and quotes wait times.
• Answers phones and takes messages for management.
• Communicates with sales and catering management for large parties.
• Promotes upcoming venue events and VIP interactions.
• Cleans and arranges host area and maintains menus in presentable condition.
• Assists in opening/closing duties and special events preparation.
