Qualifications

• One year of customer relations experience in a hotel.

Responsibilities

• Greet hotel guests in a warm, sincere manner and provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist guests with check-in, reservations and requests across departments.
• Coordinate details with necessary departments or vendors to fulfill guest needs.
• Assist with dining and golf reservations and provide confirmations to guests.
• Provide detailed information about Mohegan Sun, its property and surrounding area.
