Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a friendly Bell Person to assist guests with luggage, greet arrivals, and escort guests to and from rooms. This on-site role requires standing for long periods, effective English communication, and a professional appearance.

The position supports arrivals, departures, VIP requests, and coordination with other hotel operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience as a hotel Bell Person or one year of experience in a hotel guest services position.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests and luggage to and from hotel rooms and vehicles.
• Store and retrieve guests' luggage at the Bell Desk.
• Inform guests of hotel services and room features.
• Assist with arrival/departure of corporate, convention and bus groups.
• Coordinate dinner and spa reservations and transportation needs.
• Answer Bell Desk phone per department policies.
• Support VIP services and other hotel operations when needed.
