Job summary

You will greet guests, coordinate luggage handling, and support front desk operations while maintaining high standards of appearance and professionalism.

The role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 75 pounds, and the ability to work with urgency and courtesy to resolve guest concerns.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Lift up to 75 pounds; operate luggage handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the front desk area and communicate with guests and staff.
• Assist guests with luggage and transport luggage to rooms.
• Make reservations for airline, show and tours as needed.
• Resolve guest issues or complaints with urgency and courtesy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bell stand and luggage area.
• Coordinate with Security regarding unclaimed or suspicious luggage.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
