Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and store leaders to deliver outstanding guest experiences and top-line growth across services, boutiques, and retail.

You will drive performance through people, process, and guest engagement, build talent, ensure compliance, stay current with beauty trends, and coach your team to exceed sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license required by state law.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers to achieve sales and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure guest experience and Net Promoter Score targets are met.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll budgets, and staffing to maximize productivity and control costs.
• Model Ulta Beauty’s guest service standards and coach others to deliver exceptional service.
