Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Cosmetology license/management license per state requirements.
• 2–3+ years retail management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership to hire, coach, and develop a diverse team.
• Ability to drive sales through guest experience and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver top-line sales growth in store, services, and boutiques.
• Manage guest experience and satisfaction, including makeup, skincare, and product demonstrations.
• Oversee scheduling, attendance, and staffing to meet business goals.
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Develop and coach direct reports with performance reviews and development plans.
