Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license as required by state law.
• 2–3+ years of fast-paced retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians and guest coordinators to achieve top-line sales growth.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence and expense control.
• Manage schedules and payroll to maximize productivity and meet store goals.
• Develop staff through coaching, training and performance reviews.
• Ensure guest experience and brand standards through consistent execution.
