Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Cosmetology management experience and license where required by state law.

• Drive top-line sales and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and payroll planning.
