Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads to deliver exceptional guest experiences and top-line sales across services, boutiques, and retail.

You will drive engagement, coach for guest service excellence, and ensure adherence to brand standards while building a diverse team and fostering professional development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2-3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
• Financial management: driving top-line sales, interpreting reporting data, payroll budgets, and controlling expenses.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads to deliver guest experiences.
• Drive top-line sales growth across services, boutiques, retail, and makeup.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, attendance, and guest engagement initiatives.
• Coach and develop associates, manage staffing to optimize service and sales.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and products to better serve guests.
