Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads in delivering exceptional guest experiences and top-line sales across services and retail. You will drive performance, guest satisfaction, and associate development while maintaining store operations and compliance.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong leadership, and the ability to coach a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment, with responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or a cosmetology management license where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team to deliver guest experience, retail sales, and services.
• Coach and develop associates; manage scheduling and staffing.
• Ensure adherence to Ulta policies and operational procedures.
