Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, and coordinators, delivering premier guest experiences across services, boutiques, and retail. You will drive sales, oversee operations, and model Ulta’s standards in attendance, training, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

2–3+ years relevant, fast-paced retail management experience.
Financial management: driving top-line sales and payroll budgets.
Cosmetology management experience preferred.
