Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing salon and boutique team, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving services, boutiques and retail sales. You will coach stylists, guest coordinators and associates to achieve sales targets and maintain company standards in a fast-paced retail setting.

This leadership role emphasizes accountability, process compliance, and staff development to sustain guest loyalty and strong financial performance across all store

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Cosmetology license and/or cosmetology management license where required by state law.

• Promote a culture of accountability to meet or exceed store goals for services, boutiques, retail, guest loyalty, payroll, omni-channel, and shrink.
• Drive profitability through operational excellence, top-line sales growth and expense control.
• Leverage store forecast and payroll budgets to optimize scheduling and productivity.
• Address underperforming metrics by developing strategies using company programs and resources.
• Lead and coach staff to maintain guest experience and clientele.
• Perform makeup, skincare analyses and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and enforce Ulta Beauty attendance policy.

Formazione
