Ulta Beauty is seeking an Experience Manager to lead a high-performing team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and boutique leads. You will drive guest experience, services, and retail sales while upholding brand standards and NPS.

The role requires coaching, scheduling, budgeting, and accountability for attendance and performance, with a focus on guest loyalty and store profitability across all service and product categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Cosmetology license or cosmetology management license where required by state law.
• 2–3+ years in retail management or equivalent.
• Cosmetology services knowledge and guest-experience focus.

Responsibilities

• Drive top-line sales through services, boutiques, and retail.
• Lead a team of stylists, estheticians, guest coordinators, and managers.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Manage scheduling, payroll budgets, and staffing needs.
• Coach and develop staff through training and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with policies, dress code, and procedures.
• Execute Guest Engagement Leader program and APG metrics.
• Monitor inventory and loss prevention.
