Grapevine Honda is seeking a BDC Representative to be the first point of contact for internet leads, answer inquiries, and set appointments. This onsite role partners with Sales to drive engagement and guide customers through the buying journey.

You will manage CRM data, follow up with prospects, and help convert online shoppers into lifelong customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience.
• 2+ years in a customer-facing environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads quickly by phone, text, email, and online platforms.
• Schedule showroom appointments for prospective customers.
• Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Managers to drive engagement.
• Follow up with customers throughout the buying process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer information.
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a positive first impression.
• Support dealership sales goals through lead management.
• Help convert online shoppers into lifelong customers.
