Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales leads via phone, email, text, and CRM.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers.
• Engage customers to understand vehicle needs and interests.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for the dealership sales team.
• Maintain follow-up to maximize appointment show rates.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM accurately.
• Work with sales management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet or exceed appointment setting and sales-related goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a positive first impression.
• Follow dealership BDC processes, scripts, and best practices.
