Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Newark, DE for a full-time position. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data with families, and adjust individualized treatment plans. The role involves collaboration with families and staff to ensure effective behavior modification.

Required BCBA certification and at least 1 year of relevant experience. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
