Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in East Brunswick, NJ to join a growing team. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data, adjust treatment plans, and consult with families.

The role offers a full-time schedule, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include data-driven decision making, meetings with staff and families, and clinical support from a dedicated Clinical Manager.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods; ethics, laws, and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet job demands including standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and active engagement with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and supervise a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and family; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff/family meetings and ongoing collaboration.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff issues.
