Job summary
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in New Jersey. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data, and adjust treatment plans to achieve meaningful progress for clients.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary of 85k–95k, a comprehensive benefits package, and an incentive program up to $6000 annually. Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, laptop provided, and supportive clinical leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum BCBA certification required.
- At least 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with special needs.
- Knowledge of ABA strategies, earning theories and instructional methods; ethics, laws, and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
- Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
- Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
