Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Middlesex, NJ. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data, adjust individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with families to optimize outcomes.

We offer a Monday–Friday full-time schedule, a small caseload, and a comprehensive benefits plan including health, 401K, and an annual incentive. BCBAs are supported by a Clinical Manager and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Master's degree required for BCBA eligiblity and licensure standards.
• BCBA certification required and verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings and ongoing consultation.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff performance.
