Job summary
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in New Jersey to supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. You will review data, interpret results, and adapt individualized treatment plans with families.
We offer a competitive base salary of 85k–95k plus an annual incentive up to $6,000, a laptop, and comprehensive benefits. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and strong clinical support.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification required and validated through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Minimum of 1 year experience with individuals with various needs.
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics.
- Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
- Supervise by holding meetings with staff and families.
- Consult with families regarding concerns about treatment and staff.
