Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, Monday–Friday role in Wilmington, DE. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, monitor client data, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with families.

Qualified candidates hold a BCBA certification, a Master’s degree, and at least one year of experience with individuals with special needs. Comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) with match are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with state certification as verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adolescents with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, reinforcement theories and instructional methods.
• Familiarity with ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient in Office 365 tools and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings and observations.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff.
