Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team in New Jersey. You will supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload, using data to tailor individualized treatment while collaborating closely with families and staff.

The role offers a competitive base salary, up to $6,000 annual incentive, comprehensive benefits, a laptop, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) per Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA intervention strategies and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
• Consult families on treatment concerns.
