Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team in Delaware County, Chester. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and review data to tailor individualized treatment plans for clients.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families and staff, ongoing supervision, and consulting on treatment concerns. A supportive clinical manager team and scheduling help are provided.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children, adolescents or adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data with staff and families; modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision by observing staff and families and holding team meetings.
