Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing team. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and use data to tailor individualized treatment plans for clients.

This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or late nights, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits plan. Administrative support helps you focus on clinical work and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with verification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of ABA strategies, ethics, laws, and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff.
