Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Sewell, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, review data, and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with families.

This permanent, full-time position offers a competitive salary, up to $6,000 annual incentive, comprehensive benefits, a laptop, and a schedule with no weekends or late nights.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data collected in sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff/family meetings and consultations.
