Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Newark, DE to supervise BTs/RBTs and oversee a small caseload. The role emphasizes data-driven treatment adjustments and family collaboration in a supportive team environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive benefits, and a focus on 1:1 ABA therapy to create meaningful, positive changes for children and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification confirmed by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with various special needs.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Lead supervision meetings with staff and families.
