Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for home-based services in New Jersey. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and review data to refine individualized treatment plans. Family consultation and team meetings are part of the role.

Qualifications

BCBA certification (verified through BACB).
Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with various needs.
Knowledge of behavioral interventions, ethics, laws, and acceptable practices.
Proficient in Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
Review session data with staff and families; interpret results and adjust treatment plans.
Supervise by observing, meeting with staff and families; provide ongoing support.
Consult with families regarding treatment concerns; Clinical Manager provides administrative support.
