Job summary
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Middlesex, NJ. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, and adjust treatment plans to meet individualized goals for children and young people with diverse needs.
The role offers a Monday–Friday full-time schedule, a small caseload, and a supportive Clinical Manager. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits and 401K options are provided.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification verified by BACB.
- Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents and/or adults with various special needs.
- Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, ethics, laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with Office 365 apps and ABA software tools.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs., etc.).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
- Review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust the treatment plan accordingly.
- Supervise by observing and conducting team meetings with staff and families.
- Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment and staff.
