Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA in New Jersey to provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. You will review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families.

The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, and offers competitive pay, an attractive benefits plan, and a $6,000 annual incentive.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with board verification.
• Minimum 1 year experience with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and ethics.
• Proficiency in Office 365 and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns.
